Oh wow...ye all of little faith on the last page...almost all of you who commented thinking Tetra was just gonna rip it off her like that. 
Did you REALLY think she'd just like, steal it right there with the Hero of Winds standing right there? Also, even especially after her Wind Waker experiences, she would amount to just unfairly taking it off a disadvantaged drunk kid??? x'DDD I think even for a pirate she's more honest than that...she's gonna at least try asking first.
